Telesales Executive

About the Role

We seek a motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executive to actively generate and close leads for various loan products including Used Car Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, assessing their financial needs, presenting appropriate loan options, and coordinating through to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead databases.
• Identify and qualify leads specifically for Used Car Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.
• Comprehend customer financial situations and eligibility factors.
• Clearly explain loan products, covering interest rates, repayment tenure, required documents, and relevant conditions.
• Persuade potential customers to apply for loan products that fit their needs.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp messaging.
• Keep accurate and updated records of interactions, leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
• Meet or surpass monthly sales and loan conversion targets.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Professionally address and resolve customer inquiries.
