Telesales Executive – Personal Loan & Overdraft

Job Overview

Fincey Capital Solutions Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executives to support the sales of Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The role is based in Virar, Mumbai with fixed working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to explain personal loan and overdraft offerings.
• Identify leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate loan options.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally and clearly.
• Meet daily call and sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure proper documentation and processing of loan applications.
• Strive to achieve monthly sales goals and benefit from performance-linked incentives.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer interaction.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, loan, banking, or financial sales is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates demonstrating effective communication skills and a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Positive mindset and readiness to perform in a target-driven setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging between ₹14,000 and ₹18,000.
