Telesales Executive

About the Role

Truestudez is a dynamic educational technology startup dedicated to delivering quality tutoring for students from grades 4 to 10. We specialize in personalized, interactive online lessons designed to help students achieve academic excellence. The Telesales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling these tutoring services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, mainly parents and guardians of middle and high school students.
• Clearly communicate the advantages and features of Truestudez's tutoring offerings.
• Assess individual customer needs to customize sales approaches effectively.
• Provide comprehensive information on our tutoring programs, curricula, teaching methods, and pricing structures.
• Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and supply correct service details promptly.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of company services and any new developments.
• Consistently strive to meet or surpass weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain meticulous records of all sales communications and customer data in the CRM system.
• Work alongside the marketing team to strategize and execute sales campaigns.
• Remain aware of competitive trends within the educational technology sector and share insights on customer preferences.
• Enhance sales expertise and product knowledge continuously through training and self-learning.

Additional Information

Compensation: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, with performance-based bonuses included.

Employment Type: Full-time position operating during day shifts.
