Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic and self-assured Telecaller for Fundraising who can engage potential donors through phone outreach and inspire them to back our NGO's social initiatives and fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing donors.
- Clearly and emotionally communicate information regarding Dil Se Mehek’s campaigns, patient stories, and social projects.
- Motivate people to contribute to authentic fundraising drives.
- Follow up with interested donors and sustain ongoing communication.
- Build and nurture positive relationships by addressing donor inquiries.
- Keep daily records of calls, follow-ups, donations, and potential leads.
- Meet daily and monthly fundraising objectives.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to enhance donor conversion rates.
- Distribute donation links and campaign details through appropriate channels.
- Maintain professionalism, transparency, and empathy in donor interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi essential; basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Comfortable speaking confidently on the phone.
- Capable of articulating social causes and fundraising campaigns effectively.
- Target-driven with motivation to achieve fundraising goals.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
