Job Overview
Icici Lombard is seeking Telesales Executives to handle outbound domestic calls focused on promoting and selling health insurance policies while maintaining high service standards aligned with company expectations.
Location and Compensation
Position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The compensation package includes a salary range from ₹12,000 to ₹19,000 per month in-hand, with a total CTC approximately between ₹17,000 and ₹23,000 monthly. Additionally, unlimited incentives are offered contingent on meeting performance targets.
Schedule and Working Conditions
The role requires working five days a week with two rotational weekly offs. Interview timings are set between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Experience and Education Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of six months of experience in any industry, supported by an experience letter, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A graduation degree is mandatory.
