Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team, working remotely with a focus on coordination and telesales in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in tracking shipments, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong client and transporter relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately monitor and update freight information within the system.
• Engage with clients to secure timely loads while negotiating optimal rates.
• Communicate with truckers to arrange load connections efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to ensure vehicles are loaded and unloaded on schedule.
• Onboard new customers, providing education about the company’s products and services.
• Analyze customer data and properly register it within the app system.
• Follow up with customers to sustain relationships, encouraging repeat business and customer referrals.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business targets and support follow-ups with team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to guarantee consistent freight loads.
• Work effectively with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.
• Handle pressure effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
