Job Overview
This role involves reaching out to potential customers by making outbound phone calls to promote various banking products and services. The objective is to effectively handle customer queries, convert leads into sales, and meet predefined productivity and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns targeting potential clients.
- Present and market banking-related products and services with an aim to generate interest and sales.
- Address customer questions and concerns to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and productivity benchmarks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants should be graduates; both freshers and those with work experience are welcome.
- Strong communication abilities combined with persuasive skills are essential.
- Preferably experienced in sectors such as Banking/BFSI, Sales, BPO, Collections, or Insurance.
