Telesales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to provide exceptional service to international clients. This position focuses on delivering high-quality customer support via multiple communication channels while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to global customers through designated communication platforms.
• Address and resolve customer questions and issues regarding products or services accurately and promptly.
• Achieve daily key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, quick resolution, and high-quality service scores.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date logs of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Escalate complex technical problems or serious complaints to the appropriate second-level support teams.
• Strictly adhere to company privacy regulations and international security protocols throughout all customer engagements.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges between 21,000 and 27,000 INR.
