Overview

Fast Funds India seeks enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join their team located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The role entails contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, explaining features of personal loan products, and guiding customers through application processes to convert leads into successful sales.

Primary Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Understand client needs to identify suitable loan products and opportunities.
Clarify product information, including eligibility and application procedures for personal loans.
Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively to foster trust and interest.
Pursue lead follow-ups diligently and maintain detailed records of lead status.
Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas, coordinating with teams for processing qualified applications.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are confident, energetic, and target-oriented individuals with strong communication and persuasion abilities. Fresh graduates with aptitude for sales and telephone communication are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Age between 18 and 30 years.
Completed 12th grade education.
Basic proficiency in English.
Open to freshers with no prior experience.

Salary and Benefits

Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹24,000 depending on experience and skill.
Performance-based incentives exceeding ₹30,000.
Full-time day shifts.
