As a Sales Associate located in Mumbai, you'll have the chance to connect directly with prospective car sellers, nurture leads, and convert conversations into sales achievements.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to assigned potential car sellers via phone.
- Meet daily goals for calls and successful conversions.
- Establish rapport and accurately assess customer needs.
- Engage in constructive negotiations to secure deals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to manage a steady flow of prospects.
- Monitor your performance and strive for continuous improvement in sales results.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication with a persuasive approach.
- Motivated by targets with a sales-focused attitude.
- Skilled negotiator with proven closing capabilities.
- Energetic, takes ownership, and eager to learn on the job.
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, field sales, or automotive sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 37,000 INR.
