Telesales Executive

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our manpower recruitment team. This role requires a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills to promote recruitment services directly to decision-makers across companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business prospects by targeting organizations with recruitment needs.
• Initiate outbound calls to HR managers, administrative heads, business owners, and other key decision-makers to present our manpower recruitment offerings.
• Gather detailed client requirements including job descriptions, locations, experience levels, and salary expectations.
• Perform market research to discover potential clients and uncover fresh sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong sales orientation with a target-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation abilities.
• Proper phone etiquette for professional tele-calling.
• Prior experience of up to 1 year in tele-calling, tele-sales, business development, recruitment sales, or manpower consulting is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a natural sales aptitude are also welcome.

Compensation and Work Location

The monthly salary ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000, with additional incentives based on performance. This position is based at Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata, West Bengal.
