About the Role
VGN Enterprises, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a proactive and motivated Telesales Executive to actively promote and sell a range of financial loan products. These products include Business Loans, Education Loans, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, Micro Loans, and Property Loans. The selected candidate will engage potential clients through calls, generate leads, clarify product details, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Fresh candidates with strong communication abilities and persuasive selling skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to present and explain various loan products and related services.
- Generate leads and successfully convert these into completed sales agreements.
- Identify customer needs and suggest the most relevant loan options accordingly.
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with interested customers.
- Address customer questions and provide precise information regarding loan products.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Strive to meet monthly sales and conversion goals.
- Foster robust customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
- Basic proficiency in English language communication.
- Open to freshers or candidates without prior experience.
- Age must be between 18 and 40 years.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, dependent on skills and interview outcome.
- Performance-based incentives exceeding ₹20,000 per month.
