Telesales Agent

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Agent to become part of our real estate brokerage team. The successful candidate will actively make calls to potential clients, create leads, and successfully convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate cold and outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Generate and evaluate leads via telephone conversations.
• Comprehend client needs and suggest appropriate properties accordingly.
• Consistently follow up with leads and potential clients.
• Arrange property viewing sessions and appointments.
• Keep meticulous records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and call objectives.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in sales is required.
• Prior exposure to real estate is advantageous.
• Experience in cold calling or telesales is mandatory.
• Possess strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is highly desirable.
• Driven to achieve targets with a confident demeanor.
• Proficient in English language skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Preference given to candidates currently residing in Dubai.
