Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telemarketing Manager to join Trino Eco Products Private Limited based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role involves both proactive outreach and reactive customer engagement to drive sales of our eco-friendly packaging and consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers including retailers, distributors, hospitality businesses, and corporate clients by utilizing existing databases and independently sourced leads.
- Present and promote Trino's range of environmentally responsible packaging and consumer products, emphasizing their quality, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage inbound queries received through phone, email, and digital marketing channels, swiftly assessing potential leads.
- Distribute product catalogs, pricing information, and sample kits to interested prospects.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups aimed at closing sales and meeting monthly revenue objectives.
- Keep customer information, sales pipelines, and call records accurately updated within the CRM system.
