About the Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to work from our Salt Lake Sector V office in Kolkata, dedicated to providing personalized matchmaking assistance to busy professionals and others seeking a partner. The role involves understanding client needs, delivering quality service to paid members, and helping members find suitable matches to create success stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and creating detailed member profiles.
- Accurately identifying member preferences and expectations.
- Searching, screening, and shortlisting suitable partner profiles.
- Initiating contact and arranging meetings between members.
- Maintaining strong relationships and delivering an excellent, "Elite" member experience.
- Managing a portfolio of customers with consistent follow-up.
Candidate Profile
- High school pass or above.
- 1 to 6 years of telesales experience, preferably including personalized service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluent Bengali.
- Excellent listening skills, service orientation, and integrity.
- Good punctuality and professional presentation.
- High emotional intelligence and persuasion capability.
- Ability to understand and interpret client needs effectively.
- Experience with HNI sales is a plus.
Work Details
- Permanent position with fixed salary plus incentives.
