Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, providing clear explanations of our digital and IT services.
• Address incoming inquiries, delivering precise information to customers.
• Promote our offerings such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Paid Advertising.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communications with leads to foster engagement.
• Document call activities, update CRM records, and compile daily reports for managerial review.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to facilitate effective lead conversion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge or understanding of digital marketing or IT services is preferred.
• Proficiency in professional calling techniques and sales closing strategies.
• Self-driven, motivated by targets, and enthusiastic about achieving results.

Additional Information

• Training: A mandatory 3-day training program following selection.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 monthly, supplemented with attractive performance-based incentives.
