About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our sales and client relationship team at Angel One's authorized business partner. This full-time position involves managing client relations, supporting Demat and trading account processes, and assisting clients with their investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with both prospective and current clients.
- Address client inquiries about trading, Demat accounts, and investment services promptly.
- Guide customers in opening Demat and trading accounts, including handling documentation.
- Provide ongoing client support via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
- Coordinate requirements related to account activation and KYC processes.
- Assist clients with basic questions concerning trading platforms and applications.
- Liaise with the dealing team to fulfill trade-related client needs.
- Follow up with clients and resolve issues within set timeframes.
- Generate new business leads and convert them to active clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
- Meet monthly targets for account openings and client acquisitions.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Basic understanding of the stock market and financial products is preferable.
- Customer-oriented with a confident approach.
- Able to comfortably engage clients via calls and other communication platforms.
- Proficient in basic MS Office, Excel, and WhatsApp usage.
- Capable of working under deadlines and target conditions.
- Suitable for freshers with training provided; prior experience in stock broking, banking, finance, sales, or customer relationship management is advantageous.
