About the Role
Creature Industry seeks motivated and self-assured Telecalling Executives to enhance our customer engagement efforts. The key role involves initiating outbound calls, addressing customer questions, cultivating potential sales leads, and fostering strong relationships with clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Effectively presenting and explaining company offerings and services.
- Generating new leads and following up to convert them.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and call activity.
- Resolving customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Meeting defined daily and monthly calling targets.
- Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors for smooth operations.

Compensation and Other Details
