Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to engage with parents interested in Spellzee's online English learning programs. The primary role involves contacting prospective clients, identifying their needs, clearly presenting program details, and assisting in scheduling demo lessons or completing enrollments.
Core Responsibilities
- Reach out to interested parents and prospective leads through outbound calls.
- Present detailed information about Spellzee’s courses and programs tailored for children.
- Assess the learning requirements of each child to provide relevant solutions.
- Arrange demo classes and follow up consistently with interested parents.
- Update the status of each lead accurately in the system.
- Support the admission or enrollment procedures efficiently.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Fluency in Tamil is essential.
- Good communication skills in Tamil along with basic conversational ability in English.
- Comfortable with frequent outbound calls and confident in talking with parents or customers.
- Basic computer literacy and mobile device handling skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent follow-ups on leads.
- Target-driven mindset with readiness to work in a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong listening and persuasive communication capabilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers interested in telecalling or sales roles.
- Candidates with up to 6 months experience in telecalling, customer support, admissions counseling, or inside sales.
