Role Overview

We are seeking female freshers for the position of Telecalling Executive working from our office in Coimbatore. The candidate must be fluent in Malayalam and comfortable making outbound customer calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 25 calls daily to prospective customers.
• Provide information and address basic customer queries effectively.
• Maintain a professional and accurate communication style.
• Keep simple records as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only.
• Freshers without any prior work experience.
• Must be fluent in Malayalam.
• Possess an Android smartphone.
• Any educational qualification.
• Ability to make customer calls with confidence.

Training and Work Details

• Initial 10 days include 5 days of training followed by 5 days of observation.
• Job starts on the 11th day, subject to selection.
• Work hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
• No leave is sanctioned without notice; absence will be marked accordingly.
• Work-from-office position without any registration or fee charges.
