Role Overview

This role is for female freshers to join as Telecalling Executives working from the office in Mysuru. The position involves contacting prospective customers through outbound calls to offer insurance-related information and assistance.

Key Duties

• Conduct a minimum of 25 customer calls daily to provide information and respond to basic inquiries.
• Maintain professional and precise communication standards throughout interactions.
• Record simple details as necessary during calls.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Freshers without any prior work experience.
• Fluent in Kannada language.
• Possess an Android smartphone.
• Physically able to work from the office.

Training and Work Schedule

The initial 10 days include 5 days of virtual training followed by 5 days of observation, also virtual. From the 11th day onward, if selected, work will be on-site with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 working days).

Work Regulations

• A daily target of 25 calls must be met.
• Unapproved absences or unnotified leave will be treated as absence.
• There are no fees or registration charges involved.
