About the Role
First Job Consultancy is seeking a Telecalling Executive to engage in B2B telecalling, telesales, and telemarketing tasks. The role involves initiating communication with business clients to generate leads, performing follow-ups, and facilitating sales conversions. Candidates should possess effective communication, persuasion abilities, and basic computer familiarity.
Job Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
- Conduct telecalling, telesales, and telemarketing operations.
- Describe company products or services and assess customer needs.
- Generate and identify potential business leads in the B2B sector.
- Follow up with interested prospects to advance sales.
- Utilize persuasive skills to aid in converting leads into sales.
- Maintain professional interactions with corporate clients.
- Apply basic computer skills to support customer and sales tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants with minimum 12th grade education.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Basic knowledge of English language.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with fundamental computer operations.
- Comfortable handling B2B client interactions over the phone.
- Experience in telesales or telemarketing is advantageous.
Salary and Incentives
The fixed compensation ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹22,000 per month, depending on skills and experience. Additionally, a performance-based incentive exceeding ₹10,000 is offered.
