Tele Calling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive based in Ahmedabad (Nikol) with 0 to 3 years of experience. Graduates are encouraged to apply. The monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephone calls to both prospective and current customers.
• Generate leads while providing clear and persuasive explanations of products and services.
• Follow up with interested clients to arrange appointments.
• Manage customer inquiries professionally and maintain courteous communication.
• Keep records of calls and customer information updated in CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
• Strive to meet daily and monthly calling targets consistently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in telecalling and telesales techniques.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
• Strong customer handling and communication capabilities.
• Excellent follow-up skills and ability to persuade customers.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards work.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates possessing prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be given preference.
