Job description
Position Overview
AZENTYX Health Care Private Limited invites applications for the role of Telecalling and Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will engage in customer communications, lead generation, follow-up activities, and contribute to business development efforts primarily within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or third-party manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls targeting both potential and existing B2B clients.
- Initiate and follow up on leads via telephone, WhatsApp, and email communications.
- Present product and service information professionally to customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads.
- Create new business opportunities and assist with lead conversion processes.
- Develop and sustain enduring relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team regarding quotations, sample dispatch, orders, and customer requirements.
- Meet monthly targets related to calls, lead generation, and sales.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- At least six months of experience in telecalling, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, or third-party manufacturing industries.
- Proficient communication and customer service skills.
- Strong aptitude for follow-ups and persuasive communication.
- Confident and professional conduct over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Goal-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office or CRM software is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities may be considered.
