About the Role

Medxplore Technologies Private Limited is expanding its sales division by hiring fresh Telecallers to join the office-based team. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed 10th or 12th grade and are looking to launch a career in telecalling and sales. No prior telecalling experience is necessary, and comprehensive training will be provided to prepare new hires for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential or interested customers via phone calls.
• Provide clear explanations about Ayudravya's products and special offers.
• Assess and understand the specific needs of each customer.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers who show interest.
• Keep accurate and basic records of calls and customer interactions.
• Aim to achieve daily and monthly sales targets proactively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of 10th or 12th grade education.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
• Proficient Hindi communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones and computer usage.
• Confidence and comfort in speaking over the phone with customers.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the sales process.

Compensation and Growth

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000.
• Additional incentives up to ₹6,000 based on performance.
• Total earning potential can reach up to ₹16,000 per month.
