Job Overview

As an Outbound Telecaller at Xpedia Holidays in Kochi, Kerala, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, offering appropriate travel options, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound phone calls to prospective clients and follow up on their travel inquiries.
• Assess customer travel preferences and suggest relevant holiday packages both domestic and international.
• Clearly communicate package details including destinations, pricing, inclusions, and promotional offers.
• Generate new business leads through telephonic outreach and management of existing databases.
• Consistently track and follow up with prospects to convert inquiries to confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and follow-up progress.
• Work closely with tour operations and sales teams to coordinate quotations and facilitate bookings.
• Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
