Telecaller Outbound

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller Outbound to engage in outgoing calls aimed at generating leads and supporting sales efforts within the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. This opportunity welcomes freshers to apply and grow their career in telecalling.

Key Duties

• Initiate outbound telephonic communication with customers and prospective leads.
• Provide clear explanations of products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Identify and understand customer needs to deliver pertinent information.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested customers and potential leads to nurture engagement.
• Address basic customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain precise documentation of all calls and customer interactions.
• Contribute actively to lead generation and assist in converting leads to sales.
• Meet or exceed established calling and performance goals consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Education qualification of 10th Pass or below 10th grade.
• Basic proficiency in English language skills.
• No prior experience needed; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Possess strong telecalling skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

Additional Information

• Industry preference: Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
• Work schedule: Full-time, day shift.
• Compensation structure: Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 plus incentives up to ₹4,000, totaling between ₹15,000 and ₹29,000 per month.
