Telecaller - Outbound Loan Sales

Job Overview

We are looking for Telecallers to join our team specializing in outbound loan sales. The primary role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers to understand their financial needs and assist them in selecting appropriate loan products including Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Business Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to both prospective and existing clients to discuss loan offerings.
• Effectively explain different loan products tailored to customer requirements.
• Assess and verify basic eligibility criteria for loan applicants.
• Generate new leads and consistently follow up on them to drive sales.
• Coordinate with customers to gather necessary documentation for loan processing.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups until the completion of the loan application process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and call targets.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and leads.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with calling tools and applications.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
• Previous experience in sales or telecalling within banking or loan processing is an advantage.
