Job description
Role Overview
We seek a responsible and proactive Documentation Executive to assist with our home loan and financial services operations. This role involves managing the collection, delivery, organization, and follow-up of customer and bank-related paperwork efficiently.
Primary Duties
- Gather loan and property-related documents directly from customers.
- Visit banks, financial institutions, government offices, builders, and housing societies for submitting documents and obtaining acknowledgements.
- Submit and retrieve documents, official letters, cheques, and related papers as needed.
- Coordinate closely with customers and internal teams to track and obtain outstanding documents.
- Inspect, organize, file, and safeguard original documents carefully.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all documentation collected and submitted.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending documents and relay updates to relevant team members.
- Provide assistance with scanning, photocopying, printing, and uploading documentation when required.
- Handle all confidential customer and financial information with strict confidentiality and care.
- Be prepared to travel locally and perform outdoor assignments daily.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th standard pass; graduates preferred.
- Basic understanding of document handling and common office processes.
- Capable of polite communication with customers and banking officials.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, scanning procedures, and smartphone applications.
- Strong organizational abilities and follow-up skills.
- Attributes: honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Must be able to travel independently for field tasks.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is preferable.
