Job Overview
As a Logistics NDR Executive, your responsibility is to perform outbound calls to customers whose medicine orders were flagged for non-delivery to confirm if they have received their items. This role is critical in understanding the underlying reasons for delivery issues and ensuring prompt resolution or re-delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to customers to check the status of their undelivered or delayed medicine orders.
- Accurately identify if the customer has received the delivery or determine the exact reason behind the failed delivery.
- Facilitate solutions such as rescheduling or confirming the correct delivery address to resolve the non-delivery concerns.
- Maintain and update the logistics tracking system with detailed notes from customer interactions and final delivery confirmations.
Terms and Salary
The position offers a monthly salary range between 16,000 and 18,000 INR.
