Job description
Overview
U-Protec Earthing Private Limited seeks a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive for their Pune location at New Kalyani Nagar, Brama Business Park. The position focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, and supporting sales operations by engaging with customers and promoting company products.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to both potential and existing customers to introduce our offerings.
- Clearly explain and highlight products and services provided by the company.
- Identify and cultivate sales leads into business opportunities.
- Regularly update and maintain customer contact and call activity records.
- Follow up promptly on customer inquiries to successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and meet client requirements.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication skills with an ability to persuade effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer usage.
- Capability to manage customer objections constructively.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn and develop.
- Strong listening ability and negotiation acumen.
Eligibility
Candidates with at least 6 months up to 1 year experience in sales, preferably involving electrical, earthing, cable trays, or related products, are encouraged to apply. A graduate degree is preferred.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 21,000 INR.
