About the Role

U-Protec Earthing Private Limited seeks a seasoned Factory Incharge to supervise and streamline all factory activities at our Shivane location in Pune. This role calls for leadership prowess to efficiently manage production planning, manpower, quality assurance, and dispatch operations within the electrical/earthing manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and factory functions ensuring timely achievement of targets.
• Plan workforce deployment and supervise factory workers effectively.
• Collaborate with purchasing, inventory, quality control, and dispatch teams to coordinate seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and factory logs.
• Adhere strictly to quality standards and enforce safety protocols within the factory.
• Supervise machinery upkeep and reinforce discipline across factory premises.
• Work towards minimizing production delays and enhancing overall productivity.
• Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within manufacturing or electrical industries.

Required Skills

• Expertise in production management and process coordination.
• Strong team leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Proficient in planning, problem-solving, and operational coordination.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
