Job description
Job Overview
Prime Teleservices Private Limited is recruiting 20 Call Center Executives for Dr Agarwals Eye Hospitals in Mumbai. This role involves handling inbound call center operations.
Work Schedule
Work hours are scheduled from 7 AM to 8 PM with a 9-hour shift each day, 6 days a week. Women employees will not be required to work beyond 8 PM. Weekly off days are assigned on a rotational basis.
Experience and Language Requirements
Candidates with experience in non-voice roles are welcome to apply. Freshers who possess patience suitable for inbound call center work are also considered. Proficiency is required in English along with one regional language other than Hindi, such as Gujarati, Punjabi, Oriya, or Bagnoli.
Educational Qualification
A minimum education level of 12th grade completion is mandatory.
Compensation and Location
The full-time monthly salary ranges between INR 15,000 and 20,000. The office is located at B wing, 819, 8th floor, Pranik Chambers, Sakinaka Metro station, Andheri East, Mumbai.
