Job Overview
This role involves actively reaching out to potential customers and managing inbound customer interactions to enhance business growth. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, delivering excellent customer support, and maintaining up-to-date records of all communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound cold calls to prospects while also responding to incoming inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, present suitable products or services, and determine lead quality for further sales follow-up.
- Handle customer questions regarding pricing, features, and services, and efficiently resolve any complaints.
- Keep the company’s customer relationship management system updated with accurate call details, client information, and feedback.
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals related to call numbers, qualified leads, or sales conversions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge about the company’s products, ongoing promotions, and approved communication scripts.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges between 12,000 and 18,000 INR per month.
