Position Overview

Investim Solutions Private Limited is seeking confident and motivated Telecallers to join their team based in Moti Nagar, Delhi. This full-time role offers opportunities for freshers and experienced professionals to develop their careers in customer interaction and sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of company products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
• Engage interested customers through follow-ups to drive sales.
• Maintain comprehensive daily records of calls and outcomes.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets and performance goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both freshers and those with prior experience in similar roles.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic understanding of English is advantageous.

Additional Details

• Work location: Moti Nagar, Delhi-NCR.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 for freshers plus incentives starting at ₹2,000.
• Salary for experienced candidates is negotiable, approximately ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 depending on evaluation and experience.
