Job Overview
Lisa Home Solutions is seeking a diligent Telecaller to manage resale listings by posting them on property portals and maintaining their relevance to attract prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update and post resale property listings on various online property platforms to generate buyer inquiries.
- Contact every new buyer inquiry on the same day to assess their budget, needs, and timeframe.
- Identify and select at least five suitable properties matching each qualified buyer's criteria; provide options and location details to buyers, coordinating visits with Sales Executives.
- Confirm property visits twice: once the evening before and again two hours prior to the appointment.
- Gather feedback following each visit and obtain written offers; pass these to the Sales Executive or Manager for negotiation.
- Reach out to previous inquiries as well as buyers and investors from the existing database to reactivate potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and daily updated records on Zoho CRM to track interactions and property details.
