Job Overview
We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. This role involves engaging potential customers over the phone to drive retail sales and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the customer database using Excel effectively.
- Achieve retail sales targets by conducting sales calls.
- Identify and develop new sales leads proactively through cold calling.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably Hindi and Gujarati.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for database management.
