Job description
Role Overview
The Tele Counsellor will actively manage inbound and outbound communication with prospective students and inquiries, focusing on understanding their career aspirations, qualifications, and course requirements. The role involves delivering detailed and precise information regarding various courses such as VFX, Animation, 3D, Gaming, Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX, along with their curriculum, duration, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.
Key Duties
- Engage with prospective students through calls to assess their interests and guide them effectively.
- Convert leads into physical visits, counseling appointments, and successful admissions.
- Regularly follow up with interested, pending, and dormant leads to boost conversion rates.
- Document and update lead information, call statuses, follow-up schedules, and remarks accurately within the CRM or lead management tools.
- Respond to queries and resolve objections raised by students and parents in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with Counsellors or Branch Managers to coordinate walk-ins, counseling sessions, and closing admissions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Manage leads generated from various sources including Google, website, social media platforms, and toll-free numbers.
- Maintain a courteous and positive tone in all communications with students and their guardians.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on calls made and lead follow-ups to the reporting manager.
- Ensure all student information is accurate and kept confidential at all times.
