The internships are structured in a hybrid manner, combining remote work with occasional in-person sessions held at venues amidst natural surroundings to inspire creative thinking and facilitate team building.

Role and Responsibilities

Interns participate in task assignments tailored to their chosen specialization throughout the three-month internship.

• Marketing and Business Development: Explore potential customers, analyze competitors and markets, aid in managing social media content, promotional campaigns, and presentations, support lead generation, respond to client inquiries, and keep records of outreach and campaign outcomes.
• Human Resources: Assist in job advertisement, resume evaluation, and arranging interviews, liaise with candidates and coordinate onboarding activities, maintain recruitment and attendance databases, and support team engagement while safeguarding confidential employee data.
• Finance and Accounting: Help with bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, recording expenses, reconciling accounts, preparing budget and financial reports, organizing documents for accounting and taxation, auditing records for completeness, and reporting inconsistencies.
• Stock Market Research: Conduct research on listed companies, initial public offerings, sector trends, and stock market developments, examine financial statements, filings, and announcements, prepare simplified educational reports, presentations, and scripts, verify accuracy of data, cite sources, and highlight risks before submitting for review.
• Real Estate Services: Research property details, locations, pricing, and market trends, create and update property advertisements and promotional content, coordinate queries, property visits, and follow-ups, collect and organize property documentation for review.
• General Business Operations: Assist in daily operational support, manage project coordination and task monitoring, prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documentation, liaise with clients, vendors, and colleagues, identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure pending tasks are addressed.
• Chef / Culinary: Support menu development, ingredient preparation, cooking, and food presentation, prepare meals meeting dietary preferences and budget constraints, maintain hygiene standards, safe food handling, and proper storage, monitor supply levels, reduce food waste, and assist with catering for internal events and occasional off-site activities.

Common Expectations

Interns are expected to complete their assignments within deadlines, keep supervisors informed of their progress, maintain confidentiality at all times, and respond positively to feedback. Participation is required in both remote and in-person sessions, including periodic gatherings in natural settings. Roles involving culinary tasks necessitate physical presence onsite.
