Role Overview

As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape the future workforce of ASB by not only recruiting but also acting as a trusted talent advisor influencing hiring standards and workforce outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with leaders in Technology, Digital, Data, Engineering, and Transformation areas.
• Provide valuable market insights and create robust talent pipelines.
• Drive exceptional hiring results aligned with strategic objectives.
• Enhance recruitment processes through technology, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience recruiting technology and digital personnel within corporate or agency settings.
• In-depth understanding of the technology talent landscape, capable of engaging credibly with both leadership and candidates.
• Track record recruiting roles in Software Engineering, Architecture, Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Product, or Delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships and engage in candid, productive conversations.
• Excellent commercial acumen and problem-solving aptitude.
• Genuine curiosity and eagerness to explore talent market trends and innovative working methods.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Accountability for delivering results, ensuring positive stakeholder experiences, and upholding personal standards.
