Key Responsibilities

• Apply analytical and structured methods to unravel complex technology-business challenges, producing strategic insights.
• Detect and prioritize opportunities for generating value where business objectives and technology intersect by evaluating organizational visions, gaps, and needs.
• Lead small-scale projects or workstreams autonomously, overseeing client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financial performance.
• Identify potential business development opportunities and assist with sales processes alongside clients and Accenture teams until closure.
• Work collaboratively with clients and Accenture personnel to sync business aims with technology priorities.
• Build and share domain knowledge through active participation in technology strategy functions and professional communities.
• Develop comprehensive thought leadership materials offering innovative perspectives and recommendations pertinent to technology strategy markets.
• Engage with senior client or Accenture leadership to guide recommendations and secure buy-in on complex issues potentially requiring alternative strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in IT or digital technology strategy.
• Consulting background with relevant experience or strong internal roles in IT & digital strategy, enterprise architecture, advanced startups, or pre-sales demonstrating consulting proficiency.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong data-centric consulting skills emphasizing value creation from business and technology perspectives.
• Capability to function independently in determining methods and approaches for assignments.
• Experience leading teams in client or internal settings.
• Proven ability to foster and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Familiarity with core technology strategy offerings, including IT & digital strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience in technology advisory or implementation projects.
• Cross-industry operational capability, preferably in Banking, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, or Government sectors.
• Self-driven acquisition of business insights beyond pure technical roles, such as an MBA.
