Key Duties

• Oversee the complete 360° recruitment lifecycle targeting technology roles in financial services, fintech, or similar industries.
• Initiate and grow new business channels while strengthening existing client relationships.
• Identify, evaluate, and place mid to senior level technology professionals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor providing insights on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarks, and market trends.
• Manage candidates from sourcing through interviewing to offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Cultivate a strong personal reputation through active networking, referrals, and engagement with the market.
• Consistently meet revenue goals and key performance indicators.
