Role Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Singapore Raffles Place office, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing exceptional talent for clients across specific sectors. Employing market knowledge and a consultative approach, you will drive business growth, nurture client relations, and enhance our global reputation for providing impactful workforce solutions. This is a full-time permanent role under the direction of the Recruitment Manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your client portfolio by actively engaging businesses and presenting tailored recruitment solutions to meet their staffing needs.
• Source and attract mid to senior-level candidates within your market segment, gaining expertise and building strong candidate relationships by aligning opportunities with their career aspirations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and candidates alike.
