Job Overview

KPMG's SAP Digital Transformation team in this region is expanding its roles to assist clients with comprehensive business transformation projects powered by SAP solutions. The SAP Project Manager will be integral to leading complex SAP initiatives spanning pre-sales, implementation, and cloud migration, serving diverse industries. This leadership opportunity is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute significant SAP transformation programs with accuracy and adaptability.
• Apply deep industry knowledge to utilize SAP delivery methods and best practices effectively.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Mentor and steer project teams towards high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of consulting services and industry trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Finance stakeholders, workstream leads, architects, developers, and others to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create and oversee detailed project plans covering resource distribution, schedules, and budget monitoring.
• Serve as primary contact for project status, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to senior client stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management, SDLC, and Agile methods.
• Provide overall programme leadership, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives leveraging wide KPMG capabilities and sector expertise.
• Drive client engagement improvements in next-generation marketing, sales, and service.
• Demonstrate successful delivery record in large-scale, complex SAP programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects as a Project Manager.
• Certification in PMP or SAP Activate Project Manager required.
• Experience managing substantial Singapore-based projects with teams exceeding 100 members.
• Familiarity with hybrid or full Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with influence and negotiation skills.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.
