Technology Asset Lifecycle Configuration Specialist

About the Role

Join our Enterprise Service Management team to enhance the reliability and resilience of technology services by managing technology assets globally with a focus on risk, compliance, and preparedness. As a key contributor, you will focus on the lifecycle of various technology assets, including infrastructure, business applications, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and network components. Collaborate closely with stakeholders relying on accurate asset data to mitigate business and technology risks by identifying missing information and refining processes for data management and governance. This position excludes responsibilities related to software license management.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize process engineering expertise to map and improve the end-to-end lifecycle for a diverse set of technology assets.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand asset data usage and identify areas for improvement.
• Support efforts to improve data quality and governance to bolster business resilience, asset management, and cybersecurity risk mitigation.

Candidate Profile

• Solid foundational knowledge of enterprise technology assets and their operational contexts.
• Experience engaging with asset lifecycle processes, including familiarity with asset registers or configuration management databases (CMDB).
• Background in process mapping, analyzing data, enhancing workflows, or solving complex problems.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven with a collaborative and inquisitive mindset.
• ITIL certification (v3 or ITIL 4) or experience working within ITIL-aligned service or asset management environments.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret cloud environments is highly desirable.
