Role Overview

The Technology and Business Enablement Engineer will serve as a key technical expert focused on Qatar's market, engaging directly with end customers and system integrators. The position involves driving solution design, supporting pre-sales efforts, and leading technical enablement initiatives to address the evolving needs in Qatar’s enterprise, government, and service provider sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology and business enablement activities with a focus on Qatar.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and system integrators, assisting in evaluation, architecture, and adoption of Supermicro hardware and solutions.
• Utilize deep relationships and market knowledge to accelerate business opportunities with key accounts.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales, product teams, and engineering groups to deliver customer-centric architectures.
• Translate business and operational needs into viable Supermicro-based system designs.
• Create and present tailored technical proposals, proofs of concept, workshops, and briefings for the Qatar market.
• Support partner enablement through technical training for local system integrators, distributors, and strategic customers.
• Monitor market trends and shifts within Qatar and META regions, including digital transformation, data center expansion, regulations, and client expectations.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies that align with Qatar’s technology priorities and procurement behavior.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in technical, pre-sales, or business enablement roles within the IT, data center, or infrastructure sectors.
• Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong expertise in server platforms, HPC, AI, storage solutions, and data center technologies.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with Qatari enterprises, governmental organizations, telecommunications companies, and system integrators.
• Successful track record in customer-facing roles emphasizing pre-sales and solution architecture.
• Thorough understanding of Qatar’s market dynamics, procurement processes, and partner ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• Well-developed analytical skills and aptitude for cross-functional teamwork.
