Role Overview
As a Technology Analyst at Infosys, you will play a significant role supporting key applications for major global financial services clients. You will collaborate closely with your team to analyze and resolve critical application issues, manage incidents and user tickets efficiently, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve application problems in collaboration with team members.
- Manage incident lifecycle including resolution, communication with stakeholders, bridge coordination, post-mortem analysis, and follow-up actions.
- Handle user tickets by reviewing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining user interface operations.
- Conduct monthly metric analysis focusing on frequent failures and support efficiency to explore automation opportunities.
- Produce data queries to address client manager requirements.
- Assess and prioritize queue of ongoing work across shifts evaluating criticality.
- Support business continuity planning, migration activities, and holiday event operations as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with UNIX systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform is advantageous.
- Understanding of capital markets and middle/back-office operations in investment banking is a plus.
