Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a Technician (Operator II) to work onsite in Singapore, with a requirement of at least 2 years of work experience. The role involves operating and managing various hardware devices within a controlled laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate hardware equipment and perform printing tasks using different types of paper and print media.
• Prepare and cut paper or supplies necessary for testing purposes.
• Carry out prescribed test procedures and verify the results generated.
• Conduct basic inspections and quality checks on printed outputs and supplies.
• Adhere strictly to SOPs, safety protocols, and laboratory guidelines.
• Handle equipment and materials carefully to maintain smooth testing operations, including the ability to lift weights up to 25 kilograms.
• Report any technical or operational issues encountered during testing to the relevant teams promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the lab and testing areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

• O’ Level, SPM, or equivalent educational background or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 year of recent work experience within the past 5 years is required.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Good analytical abilities and strong communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and contribute actively.

Certifications

• Possession of any degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
