Key Responsibilities
- Set up and recover equipment for mass production interruptions and new product setups.
- Provide support to operators during machine downtime and conduct training sessions for new operators.
- Compile and analyze production data to detect trends and recommend improvements to supervisors.
- Perform minor process improvements within established standards and suggest changes for enhanced efficiency.
- Coordinate preparation of raw materials for production and finished products for packing, ensuring accuracy and readiness for dispatch.
- Monitor production outputs, including total length, quantity of quality products, and defect counts after final processing stages.
