Key Responsibilities
- Execute weekly tasks outlined in the annual Master Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Respond promptly to machine malfunctions by performing corrective maintenance.
- Communicate maintenance actions taken to succeeding shifts to maintain seamless production continuity.
- Propose and advocate for maintenance process enhancements.
- Implement approved maintenance improvements under the guidance of the shift Team Lead or relevant change committee, ensuring no modification is made without proper validation.
